OK, so I came across this site the other day, and seeing as I'm trying to lose weight, it was very interesting. It's a website where you enter every thing you eat and every excercise you do in a day, and it keeps track of your calories and weight you'll lose and everything. It's extremely helpful if you can remember to do it each day. I'm really enjoying having it, since I'm bad about keeping up with what I eat. Anyways, its www.fitday.com. Hi, it appears to be pretty accessible with jaws, but under the weight tab isn't it supposed to give a recommended weight for you? I thought it was, but I didn't see any numbers.
